Returns/Exchanges:
Please contact us directly by phone at 250.498.2226 or send an email to info@stoneboatvineyards.com to speak with one of our friendly staff members regarding returns & exchanges and we will be happy to help you.
Cancellations:
Club Membership: Once the minimum 3 shipments per year have been fulfilled, club membership cancellation requests will be accepted either verbally over the phone or in writing to: info@stoneboatvineyards.com
Orders: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us directly at the winery. We cannot cancel orders once they have already been shipped.
